I was in dire need of getting a copper lipstick to match my summer tan and I ended up purchasing The Body Shop Colourglide lipstick in Starlit Copper 68.

The Body Shop Colourglide lipticks could be one of the most underrated lip products around because I hardly see reviews about this product online. I actually like this a lot because it’s true to its promise of gliding smoothly on lips. The application is simply effortless and doesn’t drag at all. It is also moisturizing because of its key ingredient, marula oil, which helps nourish and hydrate the skin.
Starlit Copper is a rich and shimmery bronzy-nude shade that goes on glossy with a bit of a frost finish. I think this will look really great on medium to medium-dark skin tones. The color is sheer but very buildable and when I used this product for over a week, it gave me about 4-5 hours of wear. I also like the chubby, silver tube which opens and closes with a click.

I really, really want to love this product but it has this vanilla scent that I just couldn’t embrace even after testing it for a more than a week so now, it’s just sitting at the back of my drawer, waiting to be picked up by my Mom who’ll be more than willing to maximize its full potential. :P
Overall, this is a very lovely product and I would totally recommend it to anyone.
